A constant thought about change not being a constant!

Quotable quote:
"The only one thing that remains constant is Change."

It gives me room for thought:

Applying the law of exceptions, we see that -
The sun rises in the east.
Or the earth revolves round the sun.
Death is certain.
Bosses are always bosses. ;-)
Water is the only elixir of life.
In the battle for the survival of the fittest, and human desire, man shall always fight man, and spill the blood of his brethren.
and many more things like that.

You see, some things just never change.

Hmmm - so, is change really the only constant factor?!
