The film deals with MMS scandals via anonymous videos to Kathir, our lead character, of his loved ones, particularly targetting his ladylove.
The majority of the stars goes to Sethupathi's mere presence. There is something in his eyes, and raise your hand if you also feel that Dhanush and he look like brothers! LOL! Their facial features appear similar.
Though the attempt to produce something different from the run-of-the-mill script appears to be evident, it could have turned out to something more interesting, definitely. There is unwanted emotional drama and just when you get a feeling that something chilling would turn up, it turns out to be an overcooked khichdi, instead. Even the incidents in the film lack the actual horrific touch. Sethupathi also hams in a scene or two.
And there are too many songs without reason.
Thankfully, Sethupathi is gracious enough to let the story take it's turn and not interlude into debutant director Ranjit Jeyakodi's work, with his upgoing superstar status. And glad this one lasts just two hours. Yet, you can give this one a miss.
My verdict: 2.25 out of five.
